Q: Do you have minimum requirement?

A: There is no minimum requirement for retail. As for wholesale, the minimum requirement is 30 pieces on any item

Q: Do you have a catalog that you can send me?

A: Please note that we introduce new products on a regular basis therefore we do not provide a printed catalog. Our online catalog is the most comprehensive and updated catalog.

Q: Do you dropship?

A: Due to the complexity and high cost of implementing the dropship program, it is not feasible for us to setup the program at this time

Q: Do you have the items in stock and do backorder?

A: If the product is displayed online then it means it is in stock at that time. However, due to the high volume of orders some item may be already out of stock by the time an order is placed. We cannot guarantee that all items and quantities will be available to be shipped at anytime. We will send out an order confirmation to confirm on each order.

Q: What is the delivery time frame?

A: It takes about 1 to 3 business days to process an order, and then we will use the shipping method the customers have chosen to ship out the products. We will try our best to ship out the order within the same day to meet your deadline.

Q: Which currency are your items priced in?

A: All prices are in US Dollar

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: At this time, we only accept Paypal for all retail orders. As for wholesale, please contact us if you wish to use Western Union or T/T transfer. However, we are not responsible for any fees implied

Q: Do I need to have a company in order to buy from Beadazzle?

A: You do not need to have a company in order to buy from us as long as your order meets the minimum purchase requirement.

Q: Do you offer discounts for volume purchase?

A: Yes we do. We do offer volume discounts for bulk purchases.

Q: How long does it take if I want to order large quantities for a specific product?

A: Large quantities of a specific product take 15-30 days to manufacture. After we have received your payment, we will contact our suppliers who will manufacture the product(s) and we will then send them to you. It will take at least 30 days for the items to be ready and reach you. However, it may take longer depending on the quantities ordered.

Q: Does free shipping applies to all purchases?

A: Free shipping is applicable to retail purchases of 10 items or more and ships within addresses in Malaysia only 

Q: What if I would like to order per dozens, how long does it take and do you provide special volume discounts for that?

A: If you are interested to order in dozens, please contact us on the product SKU number of which you would like to order. We will contact you on the details. If we have stocks available, we will send the order to you once we received your order. However, if there is insufficient stocks, we will order them for you and it might take at  least 2 weeks to manufacture the products. We do offer special volume discounts for items ordered in dozens, that would depend on the quantity of order as well.  

 Q :  I am starting my own retail website and I am interested in your jewelry. Is it possible to use your product pictures and post them on my own website?

A :  We could only provide product pictures or images to you only if you purchase or order those specific designs from us. Otherwise, any unauthorized use of our product pictures or images is strictly prohibited.

Q: I am interested in some of your items and I would like to order in bulk.  Could you send me some samples for quality check?

A : Unfortunately, as we are not manufacturers, we do do not send out sample of any of our products. If you would like to order in bulk from us, please tell us the SKU no or item code and the quantity required in order for us to contact our direct supplier and check for the best possible prices. You are welcome to order a few items to check the quality of goods at your own cost.
